Comfortable Armless Chairs on stage
Comfort is of the utmost importance so volunteers relax easily.
The more comfortable the armless chairs on stage the better the
show will be! Bare metal chairs with no padding are not acceptable!
If your venue cannot supply a padded or plastic chair I strongly suggest
renting them from an outside source.

LOCATION OF STAGE
If you cannot provide an elevated stage size of 12' deep by 24' wide
then we will setup on the floor against a back wall
(Note: Need Space ...this show is based on audience participation.)
If possible away from high traffic noisy areas or doorways such as kitchen or bar.
Audience should not be seated too close to the stage to avoid distractions
(audience should be a minimum 8' and maximum of 15' away from stage
if possible to keep it an intimate setting)...however we want to have them
close enough to feel comfortably part of the evenings entertainment.

Audience Seating
When setting up your room please keep in mind that it is very important: DO NOT separate your room into 2 audiences.
The audience should feel part of a collective... as an intimate atmosphere is a definite asset to this type of audience participation show.
If you have a dance floor separating your guests you will have a low participation level...keep them together as a group and take the tables off
the dance floor following the Jeff West hypnosis show. If your using round tables at your venue, leave enough room between chairs for the
guests to move around between the tables to get in and out easily.
TECHNICIAN TABLE
Please have a 4' or 8' skirted table setup off to the side of the stage about 8' away and easy access to a separate
A/C outlet. Please supply 4 bottles of water on this table 30 minutes prior to show time.
AUDIENCE LIGHTING
Soft dimmable lighting in the audience area is preferable.
CHANGE ROOM
Clean well lit dressing room with 2 chairs and mirror should be as close to stage as possible if we
don't have an on site overnight accommodation.
STAGE ASSISTANT
Please provide someone from your event to be available to Jeff in the event of an emergency or problem
with volunteers or intrusive audience members.
This is a precautionary measure only...we want your event to be problem free.

SELECTION OF VOLUNTEERS
Jeff has a process for allowing the volunteers to choose themselves in a fun way.
It is important for purchaser not to pre select people to volunteer...as this must be voluntary!
If you are aware of anyone in your audience that has had recent surgery or prone to seizures ...please discuss with them ahead of the event
that they are not  to participate for obvious reasons... There is some physical activity in parts of the performance and we don't want to have
the possibility of someone pulling out a stitch from a recent surgery.
